Can I try ListingCopy before paying?
Yes. The Free plan includes 3 listing generations per month with all core features — MLS descriptions, social ad copy, email content, and Fair Housing compliance checks. No credit card required.
What counts as one listing generation?
One generation creates all content for a single property: 3 description variants, 3 social ad copy variants, 5 email subject lines, email body, key selling points, hashtags, and a Fair Housing compliance report. All of this counts as one generation.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Do unused generations roll over?
No. Generation counts reset at the start of each billing cycle. This keeps pricing simple and predictable.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your billing settings with no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
